About us

More Cowbell Band is a fun Rock and Roll cover band playing gigs in and around Cincinnati, Ohio. This action-packed three-person band packs a punch with classic tunes from great artists, including Bob Dylan, the Rolling Stones, REM, The Grateful Dead, Van Morrison, and Warren Zevon, to name a few.

Our mix is eclectic, You’ll hear great tunes from the 1960s, 70s, 80s, and more. While we love our classic rock, we’ll cover pop tunes as well. There aren’t many bands who can go from the Stones, Dead, and Van Morrison to songs like Royals by Lorde, Time Warp from Rocky Horror Picture Show, and Jenny Jenny by Tommy Tutune!

And you’ll probably hear us play the classic Don’t Fear the Reaper by Blue Oyster Cult, usually in the second set near the end of the night when the dancers are up, the crowd is rockin, and we’re all having fun! Oh, and don’t forget, we have a fever, and the only prescription is….
